Quick and Easy Pancake Recipe

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Add 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 1 tbsp melted butter. Whisk until smooth.

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve with your favorite toppings like syrup, berries, or whipped cream.
