Quick and Easy Veg Noodles Recipe

Ingredients Prep: Gather 200g noodles, 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas), and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

Boil Noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat Oil: In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
