Southern Comfort: Biscuits and Gravy Recipe
Gather Ingredients: You’ll need all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, butter, milk, ground sausage, and black pepper.
Make the Biscuits: In a bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt. Cut in ½ cup cold butter until crumbly.
Add Milk: Pour in ¾ cup milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
